Quickly bringing a new offering to the market
The Challenge
Jen Arron is a studio-based textile artist who offers weaving classes through her Open Hearts Weaving School.
When Jen had to cancel classes in her studio due to COVID-19, she had an inspired idea: offering online weaving classes for children with nothing to do while school was cancelled. She asked for help launching her idea quickly and effectively.
The Outcome
After one session together, Jen had a clear plan and got to work. Within a week, she’d launched — and sold out — her first Little Open Hearts Weaving School classes. The experience opened up a whole new understanding of her passion for teaching and a new revenue stream for her business.

A former professional dancer, Eden Haugland is a Pilates instructor who integrates the ELDOA Method and osteopathy into her work with clients. Eden had spent years trying to describe how she helps athletes and executives, which held her back from creating a website for her personal brand and pursuing certain business opportunities.

I was able to help Eden articulate what she does and how it makes her different and unique. I supported her through the process of creating a website that she felt finally captured the essence of who she is and what she offers.
